HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Placing an order could not be easier. Simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the size or color required and click “Add to cart”. These items will then be forwarded to your shopping cart. When finished simply click “Checkout” to begin the checkout process. Please note you will need a billing address to process the order.

 

I'M UNSURE ABOUT A SIZE. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT I NEED?

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash on delivery.

MY ORDER WON'T GO THROUGH. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please make sure that your billing address is correct. If however you are sure your details are correct but you are still having troubles, please e-mail us and we will look straight into this for you.

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER OR ADD AN ITEM. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

If we haven’t yet sent out the order yet, then it may be possible to amend it. To change your order please e-mail us with your order number and details of the amendment(s) you require. Alternatively, you can call us on XXXXXXXX.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

If by any chance you aren't totally obsessed with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. This is only possible if your order is still processing and has not been dispatched. All order cancelations must be sent to us via e-mail quoting your name, order number and full address. We can then cancel your order. If however your order has been dispatched you will need to return the order to us at your own expense and within 48 hours following the order delivery.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

As soon as place an order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Most orders ship within 3 working days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

MY ORDER CONTAINS A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM.

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered or is faulty, please e-mail us giving us your name, address and your order number, and lets us know if you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 7 working days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.

CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP FROM YOUNG WILDERNESS OFFICES?

Unfortunately it is not possible to collect orders from our offices.
